Indian Turkey Curry


1. In a medium saucepan cook the onion and celery in margarine/butter.

2. blend until tender.

3. Stir in the flour and curry powder.

4. Add chicken broth, tomato juice, and Worcestershire sauce.

5. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

6. Season with pepper.

7. Stir in turkey, heat through and serve over the rice.

8. Pass condiments along with entree.
