1. Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain and keep warm. 2. Heat oil in a wok or extra-large skillet. 3. Add in the onion and garlic; stir/saute over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the onion is golden (do not let the garlic burn). 4. Add in the next 5 ingredients; stir-fry over medium-high heat for about 5 more minutes or until the sprouts and snow peas are crisp tender. 5. Add in the drained noodles and continue to stir-fry for 3-4 minutes; take wok off burner. 6.
