Indonesian Serundeng (Crisp Spiced Coconut With Peanuts)


1. Using a dry frypan over medium-low heat toast the coconut, garlic and onion flakes, crushing the onion flakes.

2. Toast until all are golden.

3. Add coriander, cumin,& salt, stir welland remove from heat, cool.

4. Stir in the peanuts.
