1. Place the chicken thighs on the bottom of a slow cooker. 2. Sprinkle with garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper. 3. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours or until a meat thermometer reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit. 4. With a slotted spoon remove chicken pieces from slow cooker. 5. Stir peanut butter into remaining juices. 6. If the sauce is thicker than you like, stir in 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water. 7.
