1. Set out tomatoes and cheese (I like them to be room temperature, just personal preference). 2. Stir balsamic vinegar and sugar together in a small, heavy saucepan. (I'm sure you could substitute some other form of sweetener, but I've never tried it). 3. Bring to boiling over med-high heat; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. While reducing vinegar, cut up other ingredients and arrange nicely on a plate. 5. Drizzle with balsamic reduction. 6.
