1. Combine the oil and garlic together in a small bowl. Set aside. 2. Place the tomatoes, basil, dried red pepper flakes, provolone cheese, and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a medium-size bowl. Mix well. 3. Preheat broiler. 4. Brush one side of the bread slices with the olive oil/garlic mix. 5. Lightly broil that side. 6. Turn the pieces over and top with tomato mixture. 7.
