1. Shake beef strips in mixture of flour and paprika. 2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil. 3. Over high heat, brown beef, onion, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. 4. Stir in water or wine, beef bouillon and yogurt. 5. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. 6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. 7.
