1. In large pot, melt half the butter. Add onions, caraway seeds and pepper. Cook 5-6 minutes until onions are softened. 2. Stir in quinoa and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. 3. Stir in cabbage, cover and simmer, stirring, 4-5 minutes until cabbage is wilted and quinoa is tender. 4. Transfer 1/3 of soup to food processor and puree until smooth. Return to soup pot and stir in bacon.
