1. sprinkle thyme over both sides of fish. 2. in a large saucepan cook fish in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. 3. heat remaining oil and add onion and garlic and cook until tender. 4. stir in flour and cook 1 minute. 5. add chicken broth , stir in corn and potatoes. 6. remove skin and bones from fish and add to pot. 7.
