1. Trim meat. Sprinkle spices over meat. Place in slow cooker. 2. Combine water, mustard and horseradish. Pour over meat and top with cabbage. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. 4. Transfer meat to cutting board. Thinly slice across the grain. Place on rolls. 5.
