Irish Grinders


1. Trim meat. Sprinkle spices over meat. Place in slow cooker.

2. Combine water, mustard and horseradish. Pour over meat and top with cabbage.

3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

4. Transfer meat to cutting board. Thinly slice across the grain. Place on rolls.

5. With slotted spoon, place some of the cooked cabbage on the meat.
