1. Cook potatoes in water until tender. 2. Drain. 3. While potatoes are cooking; Melt butter in large skillet. 4. Add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes. 5. Stir in kale and cook 5 more minutes. 6. Remove from heat. 7. Mash potatoes, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper with mixer. 8. Stir in kale mixture. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
