Irish Oatmeal Cookies


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In the large bowl cream the butter and sugar.

4. Add the egg and vanilla.

5. Stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and oatmeal.

6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared sheet, leaving space between.

7. Bake 7 to 8 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.

8. Remove from baking sheet and cool.
