1. Coat bananas lightly with flour. 2. Sift the flour, cornflour and baking powder into a bowl. 3. Make a well in centre and gradually add milk. Mix to a smooth consistency similar to thickened cream. 4. Dip bananas into batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown. 5. Coat thinly with sugar.
