1. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in large mixing bowl. 2. Let stand for 15 minutes. 3. Mince garlic. 4. Saute garlic in olive oil, let cool. 5. When garlic/oil is cooled, add to yeast mixture. 6. Add salt, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese and mix well. 7. Add 3 cups flour and mix. 8. Knead enough flour into mix to make dough consistency. 9. Cover baking stone lightly in cornmeal or grease a loaf pan. 10. Form a ball and place on stone, or form a loaf and place in loaf pan. 11. Spray saran wrap with cooking spray and cover dough. Cover with a hand towel. 12. Let dough rise until doubled in size (1 to 1-1/2 hours). 13.
