Italian Bean Soup


1. Brown ground beef and sausage.

2. Add onion, pepper, and garlic, and cook five to ten minutes.

3. Drain fat.

4. Throw all ingredients into crockpot.

5. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours.

6. May serve over rice; we like it as is.

7. Good with a sprinkle of cheddar if desired.

8. Serve with warm bread.
