1. Combine dressing mix with both vinegars. 2. Add oil, mix well, and then add seasonings and garlic. 3. Add meat and marinate in Pyrex container or ziplock 4 hours to overnight, turning occasionally. 4. Please note that this*will* congeal in the fridge. 5. Grill or broil to desired doneness. 6.
