About an hour before meat is done, remove bay leaf and shred meat with a fork. 5. HORSERADISH SAUCE:. 6. Mix everything together. Refrigerate until ready to use. 7. TO SERVE:. 8. Spread a little horseradish sauce on both sides of the toasted rolls. 9. Add some meat, top with some veggies and then a piece of provolone. 10.
