Italian Boneless Chicken


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine eggs, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs - mix well.

3. Stir in chicken.

4. Shape mixture into eight (8) 3/4-inch thick patties.

5. In a large skillet, cook patties in butter over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

6. Arrange in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

7. Cook green pepper and onions in oil until tender and remove from heat.

8. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and stir well.

9. Spoon sauce over patties.

10. Sprinkle with cheese.

11. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until hot.
