1. Place yeast in mixing bowl. then add lukewarm water. 2. let it sit for about 3 minutes. 3. add salt and sugar and lightly stir . 4. now add about 1/2 the flour, gradually add remaining flour. I use my kitchenaid mixer. When dough lifts from side of bowl, form into a ball. Lightly coat top with olive oil and cover top of bowl with plastic wrap. Let stand to rise about 1 hour, then you can either bake as bread or use for pizza dough. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
