1. Steam cauliflower in microwave or on stovetop until just barely crisp-tender. Set aside. 2. In large skillet, saute green onions and garlic in oil for 2 minutes. 3. Add cauliflower, basil and salt and pepper to pan and mix well. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is at desired doneness. 4. Mix together bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Add to pan and stir to mix. 5. Serve immediately. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
