1. Cut the meat into 2 x 1/4 inch strips. 2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. 3. Melt margarine in pan add chicken and onion. 4. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. 5. Add chicken broth, reduce heat, cover and cook 10 minutes longer. 6. Add cheese, cover and cook until melted. 7.
