Italian Cutlets


1. Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and parsley.

2. Shape into cutlets.

3. Dredge in flour.

4. Dip in beaten egg.

5. Roll in bread crumbs.

6. Pan fry in oil until golden.

7. Place in baking dish.

8. Place mozzarella on each cutlet.

9. Cover with sauce.

10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

11. Bake at 400* for 25 minutes.
