Italian Deviled Eggs


1. Peel and halve eggs.

2. Remove yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork.

3. Add mayonnaise and mustard, blending until smooth.

4. Stir in pesto, cheese and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Spoon into egg white shells and garnish with parsley.

6. Refrigerate to meld flavors.
