1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, salt, and red pepper flakes, and sautee for 4 minutes. 2. Add the garlic, mushrooms, and beans, and sautee for 2 minutes. 3. Add the wine or vinegar and stir. 4. Add the kale, stir to coat leaves, and cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes. 5.
