Italian Love Cake


1. Mix cake according to directions.

2. Pour into 9X13 inch pan.

3. Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

4. Pour over uncooked cake.

5. Bake at 350 about an hour, checking center to determine if done.

6. Cool and frost with topping.

7. Topping: Mix pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake.
