1. Chicken tastes better if marinated. Cut chicken into strips or chunks. 2. Place chicken, 1/2 of the chopped onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic in pan and sauté on medium/high heat until the pink is gone in the middle. 3. Meanwhile, chop your veggies and place all of them into another pan to saute. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in with veggies. Cook on medium heat until tender. Add Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Then combine chicken and veggies and top with about 1 ounce of low-fat feta on to the wrap or pita bread. 5. Grill in the Panini griller until "closed". 6. FEAST. 7. This is super good.
