1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the diced onion, ground beef, Italian sausage and pepperoni. 3. Stir and cook until the meat is browned, about 8 minutes and drain excess fat. 4. Add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. 5. In a separate saucepan, heat Ragu until hot but not boiling, approximately 5 minutes stirring gently. 6. Add bag of tortilla chips to a 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle the black beans and the meat mixture covering the chips. Cover with Ragu sauce, and both Feta and Cheddar cheeses. 7. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheeses soften and melt. 8. Add dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with pepperoncini,black olives, green onions, bacon and sprinkle cilantro. 9.
