Italian Patty Melts


1. Mix meat, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.

2. Shape into 4- 4inch patties.

3. Heat oil.

4. Cook pepper rings until crisp tender.

5. Remove.

6. Now do the same with the raw onion slices.

7. Remove.

8. In the same pan cook patties until done.

9. Top with veggies and then with cheese.

10. Cover pan until cheese is melted.

11. Serve on buns.
