Italian Peas


1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.

2. Add the cherry tomatoes, onions, garlic, chilli, all purpose seasoning and black pepper.

3. Stir frequently so it doesn't catch, cook until the onions are soft and the cherry tomatoes are falling apart.

4. Add the frozen peas and cayenne pepper, continue stirring frequently, cook until the peas are defrosted and nearly cooked.

5. Add the tomato puree, capers, and green and black olives.

6. Continue stirring frequently, cook until the peas are completely cooked and the all the ingredients are hot.

7. Stir in the basil leaves and serve :-).
