1. Heat the cooker, add oil and brown roast on all sides.

2. Add veggies and seasonings.

3. Blend the paste with the broth and wine.

4. Pour over meat and veg.

5. Close cover securely.

6. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 35 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.

7. Let pressure drop of its own accord.

8. Thicken gravy if desired.
