Italian Risoni Soup


1. Heat oil in saucepan over high heat.

2. Add fennel, carrot, zucchini,garlic and cook stirring 5 minutes until tender.

3. Add consomme bring to boil.

4. Add risoni and cook for 10 minutes stirring every so often.

5. Add peas and cook for 2 minutes more.

6. Remove from heat and stir in herbs and seasoning.
