1. Spray frypan with non-stick spray. 2. Add the sausage pieces, bell pepper, and onion. Cook, stirring, until the sausage has browned and the pepper and onion are soft, 3-4 minutes. 3. Stir in the spinach and cook about 1 minute. 4. Pour in eggs and season with pepper. 5. Reduce heat to medium-low, sprinkle the feta cheese on top, and cook, stirring, until the eggs have just set, approximately 2 minutes. 6. Serve immediately.
