Italian Sausage Melt


1. Remove casings from sausage. Crumble and brown in a large skillet. Drain and set aside.

2. Sautee onion in same skillet. Add tomato pasta sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add sausage. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Place split hoagie rolls each on a plate. Spoon sausage-tomato mixture over roll halves. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place under hot broiler until cheese melts (approximately 1 minutes).

4. Enjoy!
