1. Trim excess fat from roast. 2. Place roast in crockpot. 3. Mix water with all. 4. seasonings and pour over roast. 5. Cover and cook on low 8- 10 hours. 6. Remove meat, allow to cool slightly and shred, discarding any fat. 7. Return shredded meat to broth in crockpot and cook on high until heated through, 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. 8.
