1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. 2. Add the mushrooms, green onions, and garlic. 3. Saute for 1-2 min or until green onions start to soften. 4. Stir in the tomatoes, parsley and wine. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. 7. Meanwhile, cook the fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions and drain. 8. Add the shrimp and lemon juice to tomato mixture. 9.
