1. in a wok or large pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the garlic for a moment. 2. Add the pancetta followed by the leeks and sprouts. 3. Continue to fry for 2 or 3 minutes and then add the wine. 4. Bring to the boil and let reduce for a minute or two. 5. Add the pasta, cream and parmesan, sprinkle on the pine kernals and then stir to amalgamate and reheat through. 6. Season to taste. 7. Serve immediately with lots of french bread or ciabatta to soak up the sauce. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
