1. Mix gremolata ingredients together and serve with the cooked shanks. 2. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. 3. Season shanks with salt and pepper. 4. Dust flour shaking off excess. 5. Heat oil in large frying pan and brown shanks. 6. Transfer to ovenproof casserole. 7. Wipe pan clean with paper towel and melt butter over low heat. 8. Cook vegetables stirring until onion is soft, then add all remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer 2 minutes. 9. Pour over shanks. 10.
