Italian Tortelloni Bolognese


1. Place first 4 ingredients in processor and fine chop.You may also do tomatoes in processor.Use fresh ,canned or frozen or thawed tomatoes with puree.

2. Cook and drain meats.

3. Add all to large pot and bring to boil,simmer on low for 2 hours.

4. Serve with cooked tortelloni and drained top with parmesean cheese.Full recipe takes 4 pound tortelloni -- Adjust to your needs.
