Izakaya Sakura Chilled Tofu With Spicy Ground Pork


1. Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, chopped green onions, sugar and sesame oil to make dressing.

2. In a saucepan, add vegetable oil, garlic and doubanjiang and heat for one minute. Add ground meat and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until meat is cooked.

3. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate. Cover with the cooked meat and then add the dressing. Serve with sliced cucumber on side.
