Izakaya Sakura Clams Steamed With Sake


1. In midsize pan, heat 1/4 tablespoon oil and add minced garlic. Add Manila clams and sake.

2. Close lid and steam until all clams are opened. Discard any that do not open.

3. Add soy sauce just before serving. Top with green onions.
