1. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain, and cool. 2. Place each potato in the centre of a square of foil. 3. Top with 1 tb of garlic butter. 4. Wrap in foil, sealing all the edges. 5. Place on a hot BBQ and cook for 20-30 minutes. 6.
