1. Beat eggs together and milk. 2. Add salt and flour and mix well. 3. Heat a large skillet. 4. Melt a little butter in the skillet. 5. Add enough batter to make 3-4 pancakes. 6. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. 7. Remove from skillet. 8. Stack in a warm place until all the pancakes are made. 9. Serve with powdered sugar, jelly, syrup or a fried egg with fruit and yogurt. 10.
