Jamaican Fried Dumplings


1. Mix dry ingredients together.

2. Add water a little at a time and knead dough.

3. Dough should be soft but not sticky.

4. Pinch off pieces (golf ball size), roll into a ball and flatten slightly.

5. Heat oil in pan.

6. Put each dumpling in pan and fry on each side.

7. Remove from pan when each side is golden brown.
