1. spread half the butter on each tortilla, placing 1 butter side down, on a griddle. Spread half the beans on each tortilla, then spread the eggs out on the tortilla that's on the griddle; top with feta, then the other tortilla. Pan-fry on med-high heat until nicely browned on each side. Cut into serving pieces and enjoy!
