1. Place rice in a dry saucepan over medium heat. 2. Toast the rice until fragrant and lightly golden in color, stirring often, 3 to 5 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, brew the tea in the water for 1 minute. Strain the tea. 4. Add hot tea to rice in the saucepan. 5. Add salt, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. 6.
