1. Combine dry ingredients.

2. Add unchilled soda water, eggs and butter.

3. Mix well.

4. Pour into greased 9x13" pan.

5. bake at 350 for 1 hour.

6. Cool and cut with a plastic knife.

7. dust with katakuriko.
