Jerk Chops With Island Salsa


1. Combine the flour and jamacian seasoning in large zip-lock bag.

2. Add chops and shake to coat.

3. Heat oil in large skillet and brown chops both sides and remove.

4. Stir in remaining seasoned flour, brown sugar& vinegar; bring to a boil.

5. Stir in pineapple, peppers and black beans.

6. Return the chops to skillet, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

7. Garnish with green onion.
