1. Fry off the onions, garlic and chicken in a large pot. 2. Add potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes. 3. Mix curry powder in hot water, and add to the pot. Stirring often, cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat. 4. Add the crushed tomatoes. Mix well, and bring the entire mix up to a reasonably high heat. 5. Turn down the heat and allow to simmer, partially covered for an hour. If sauce seems a little runny, add 10 minutes If sauce looks a little dry, add a little water. 6. Allow to sit for 5 minutes for the sauce to thicken up. Serve with white rice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
