1. Grease and line 16 x 26 cms baking tray. 2. Melt copha, set aside to cool. 3. Gently toast coconut. 4. Combine rice bubbles and toasted coconut. 5. Add milk powder and icing sugar. 6. Add glace fruit. 7. Now mix in melted copha and vanilla. 8. Press into pan, refrigerate till set. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
