Jicama "Fries"


1. Peel and slice jicama into thin slices.

2. Spread out on top of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

3. Season to taste. Coat chips with cooking spray.

4. Place in oven at 400° F for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until crisp.

5. Enjoy with your favorite low-calorie dip!
